Why BJJ?

Our adult Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program is designed to provide students with a solid foundation of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu through basic BJJ theory, technique and principles. Each class incorporates drills designed to help students internalize the fluid body mechanics behind the concepts they are learning. Jiu-jitsu for adults can be a great way to relieve stress from day to day life, lose weight, learn how to protect yourself, or revive/jumpstart competitive ambitions. All of these benefits make jiu-jitsu a very worthwhile activity and we challenge anyone who has an interest to give it a try.
